All the above prices include cooked lunch and tea, with breakfast in
the morning session.
10% discount is offered on the second child when two children attend.
The session times are 8am – 1pm and 1pm – 6pm.
However, should you require the earlier start you
will be charged an extra £6.00 per hour.
You will receive a bill towards the end of each month for next month's fees, which must be paid in advance by the 1st of the month. Invoices are over a 12 month period, the breakdown of which is explained in point three. Invoices are to be paid by Standing Order on the 1st of the month; a printable form is attached for completion. If full payment has not been received by the 5th of the month, you will incur a £20 late payment charge and if payment is still not received within five days, your child's nursery placement will be suspended until your account is clear. If you have any difficulties with the above, due to your own pay schedule, please ask to speak to our Accounts Department who will endeavour to work things out with you. Should you fall into arrears, we exercise our rights to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation.
Four weeks notice in writing is required to reduce your days/sessions or to remove a child from the Nursery, otherwise four weeks are payable in full. You still need to notify your bank of payment changes as we cannot do that on your behalf
3 Days at £25.00 per day = £75.00 per week
£75.00 x 51 weeks = £3,825.00 per year
£3,825.00 divided by 12 months = £318.75 per monthl

Half fees are payable for two weeks holiday per year, one week being the number of days per week your child attends Hence the fees are calculated over a 51 week period to allow for the two weeks at half price, Example:.

£75.00 x 51 weeks = £3,825.00 per year
£3,825.00 divided by 12 months = £318.75 per monthl
This is the figure that you will pay each month.
Placements can only be changed if a suitable vacancy exists.
Extra days arranged separately will be invoiced for that day and payment due immediately.
